Shipping FAQ's

Mariner Jack regularly ships to many locations around the world. We primarily use Royal Mail but occasionally use couriers, particularly for large orders.

Where possible, we offer both tracked and non tracked options. Obviously we suggest using a tracked shipping method. If lost or misplaced in the postal system, we do need to wait 30 days before raising an enquiry with Royal Mail.

Do you ship Internationally?

We certainly do, our products are enjoyed all over the world.

Should I use a tracked method of shipping?

We always advise selecting a tracked method of shipping, it means we can check up on things if it's taking a little longer than usual.

Do you ship on weekends?

Only on rare occasions like the run up to Christmas. We like to try and have weekends off if we can.

Can I return an item?

In the very unlikely event that you wish to return an item, you are liable for the return postage. As before, we suggest using a tracked method of shipping. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for any products that have been opened or tried in any way due to health & safety.

Can we order with friends to get free shipping?

Certainly, we cannot however send to multiple addresses. Your order would be treated like any other and shipped to one address.
