1. Dispatch Days: We dispatch orders every weekday to ensure you get your products in a timely manner. All orders are sent fully tracked for your piece of mind.

2. Order Cut-Off Time: Order before 1pm for same day dispatch. If you order after this cut-off time then there is a good chance that it will be sent the next working day.

3. Weekend Shipping: We typically don’t ship over the weekend. However, during especially busy periods, like the lead-up to Christmas, there might be exceptions.

4. Delivery Guidelines: When checking out, the delivery times shown are based on the shipping date, not when you placed your order. Do note, our Express shipping, which uses Royal Mail 24, doesn't promise next-day delivery. For Standard shipping, we rely on Royal Mail's 48-hour service.

5. Shipping Timeframes: We always aim for prompt delivery, but sometimes the post can be unpredictable, especially during peak times like the Christmas rush.

6. Lost or Misplaced Packages: If, by any chance, your package goes astray, please bear with us. We need to wait for 30 days before we can raise an enquiry with Royal Mail to cover all bases.
