Here at Mariner Jack, we realised that many of you were making orders consistently every month or every few months. We wanted to thank you for your continued support with our new subscribe & save program.
Simply choose subscribe & save in the product options and we'll aim to to deliver your favourite products on or around the 30, 60 or 90 day window you selected.
You can manage your subscriptions on your own customer portal, you can access this by clicking the link in your subscription confirmation email. You can also log in to your account on the Mariner Jack store and click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ in your account information.
If you clicked the link in the subscription confirmation email when you placed your first subscription order, you’ll access the subscription management page. Here you can edit what you would like and when it is sent, add or remove items from your subscription and update address and payment information.
Why isn’t everything available on subscription?
Some items, our beard soap blocks for example, take many weeks to cure and be ready for use. Sometimes, they are out of stock for a few weeks if we have sold more than we thought we would need and the next batch hasn’t quite cured yet. We want to make sure that your subscriptions are complete and on time each time you have a delivery.
Can I cancel at any time?
You certainly can, you can cancel your subscription, or skip your next delivery on your subscription customer portal.
