When selecting the Subscribe & Save option in the product options, we will ensure that your favourite products are delivered to you approximately every 30, 60, or 90 days based on your chosen interval.
Managing your subscriptions is easy through your personal customer portal. Simply click the link provided in your subscription confirmation email or log in to your Mariner Jack account and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account information.
By accessing the subscription management page, which can be reached by clicking the subscription confirmation email link, you have the flexibility to customise your subscription. You can edit the products and their delivery frequency, add or remove items, and update your address and payment details.
Why are not all products available for subscription?
Some items, such as our beard soap blocks, require an extended curing period before they are ready for use. Occasionally, these items may be temporarily out of stock if demand exceeds our projections, and the next batch has not yet completed the curing process. Our priority is to ensure that your subscriptions are fulfilled promptly and with the highest quality products.

Subscribe and Save Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our product subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Subscription Overview 1.1 By subscribing to our product subscription service, you will receive recurring shipments of our products according to the selected subscription plan.
Subscription Ordering 2.1 Any edits or changes to the products in your subscription must be made before placing your order. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed and will apply to the subsequent subscription shipments.
Subscription Cancellation 3.1 You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next subscription shipment is due. Cancellations made after this timeframe may apply to the subsequent shipment. 3.2 To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team or access your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions.
Subscription Payments 4.1 By subscribing to our service, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided at the time of subscription for each recurring shipment. 4.2 Subscription charges will be processed automatically according to the selected billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). 4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to provide valid payment details may result in a delay or cancellation of your subscription.
Subscription Price Changes 5.1 We reserve the right to adjust the price of our product subscriptions. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance. You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
- Mariner Jack retains the discretion to terminate a subscription if we determine that a subscriber is misusing the discount scheme. Instances of potential abuse include subscribing repeatedly to exploit discounts, canceling subscriptions, and subsequently rejoining to exploit discounts again in the future.
